What counselling and psychotherapy will offer
At times in our lives we experience distressing events and feelings that appear to have no end or solution in sight. Sometimes we are clear that our feelings are caused by particular circumstances, such as bereavement, stress at work or a relationship breaking up, but at other times we have no idea what is making us feel as we do.
The aim of counselling and psychotherapy is to help people to clarify their thoughts and feelings so that they can arrive at their own decisions.

PLEASE NOTE: The practice is currently full. There are unlikely to be any session times available until mid January 2022.
You will find general information about counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy and details about the way I work, which I hope will be helpful to you if you are considering therapy. The practice is Covid secure, which means you can arrange appointments for face to face sessions. Alternatively online sessions can also be arranged.
